TORONTO — Restaurants Canada revealed a sampling of what’s in store for this year’s Restaurants Canada Show at a media preview held last night in Toronto.
The evening — hosted at Restaurants Canada’s event space — showcased a selection of demonstrations and displays featuring the latest products alongside culinary and cocktail masters. Participants included the Humber Food Truck, MADD Virgin Drinks, Garland Canada, Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers, FreshTap, Ungava Canadian Premium Gin and many more.
At many of the booths, guests had the opportunity to sample a variety of food and beverage creations, such as Pad Thai with rare beef prepared by the Garland Canada team and cocktails made with fresh juice and Ungava gin.
The Restaurants Canada Show will take place Feb. 28 to March 1 at the Enercare Centre in Toronto.
