CALGARY — Calgary’s growing culinary network is branching out again to spread the word about sustainability, as Sal Howell and her chef, Andrew Winfield, welcome guests to a boat-to-plate Ocean Wise dining experience at River Café.
The May 29 event’s guest chefs will include Robert Clark, Paul Rogalski (Rouge Restaurant, Bistro Rouge) and Geoff Rogers (Top Chef Canada).
“We all agree that healthy oceans are important, and we have come to realize oceans have finite resources,” reads the press material for the event. “We know fish are being fished to extinction.”
