VANCOUVER — Mridul Bhatt is the new executive chef at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
“I’m excited to begin my journey at the legendary Rosewood Hotel Georgia,” says Bhatt. “I’m inspired by the hotel’s purposeful programming and vision for creating unique experiences and look forward to exploring even more opportunities to enrich the lives of our guests through authentic and inspired dishes.”
In his new role, Bhatt will lead the property’s culinary teams at Reflections: The Garden Terrace and 1927 Lobby Lounge Bar. Bhatt will also oversee the menu development for high-profile and specialty celebrations such as weddings and gala affairs.
Bhatt’s extensive culinary experience spans an 18-year career at luxury hotels in India, the U.S. and Canada, including his most recent role as the executive chef at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, Edmonton.
