TORONTO — Russian Standard Vodka and Beam Global Canada has announced that Russian Standard Vodka is now available in Canada. Distilled and bottled in Russia, and made with 100-per cent Russian ingredients, Russian Standard is the country’s number 1 premium vodka.
Based on a vodka formula established for the Tsars in 1894 by Russian scientist Dmitri Mendeleev, — who was the inventor of the Periodic Table of Elements — Russian Standard is made with only the finest hand-selected Russian winter wheat from the Black Steppes of Russia and blended with soft glacial waters from Lake Ladoga. It is distilled four times and filtered through birch charcoal at Russian Standard’s distillery in St. Petersburg.
Russian Standard is currently available in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia (suggested price for 750ml is $21-26).
