TORONTO — Rustico on King, a pop-up pizzeria dedicated to elevating and personalizing the pizza experience, is hosting its private opening party tonight on Toronto’s King Street West. Chef Craig Harding of acclaimed Italian restaurant Campagnolo will fire up next-level pizza creations featuring gourmet, premium ingredients for a select group of local media and influencers.
Until Nov. 11, Rustico on King will be open to the public and serving free customizable pizza every day. The activation is presented by Delissio Rustico pizza and features gourmet pizza creations including chili and garlic rapini with toasted pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano and aged balsamic; N’Duja salami with Ontario burrata and fresh basil; and Taleggio cheese and golden chanterelle mushroom pizza with shaved black truffles. There will also be wine from Masi Agricola and beer from Muskoka Brewery.
