Say Mercy! — an American barbecue and Italian-fusion restaurant, with modern decor — opened January 18. The new restaurant takes the place of its predecessor, The Dark Manor Inn.
Executive chef Sean Reeves will lead the kitchen. Classically trained in Italy, and with a passion for American barbecue, his menu features many twists on the two iconic food styles.
His dishes include Barbecue Bolognese, a pasta dish featuring tagliatelle, pancetta, smoked pork butt and Gran Padano; Oxtail & Parsnip Agnolotti featuringoxtail consommé, rosemary and garlic; and beef rib, featuring a sorghum-spice glaze.
The restaurant is open Monday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
