SCA’s Tork Proudly Supports Tim Horton Children’s Foundation

OALVILLE, Ont. Across Canada and the U.S., one in six children live in economically disadvantaged homes. For these children, opportunities and surroundings that promote growth into healthy individuals are often limited.

SCA, the makers of the Tork brand of away-from-home paper products, is proud to continue its support of Tim Horton Children’s Foundation, a charitable organization committed to providing a fun-filled camp environment for children from economically disadvantaged homes.

SCA’s sponsorship consists of a combination of in-kind donations of SCA products, including napkins, dispensers and other much needed supplies, as well as a monetary donation which goes to support the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation Camps,

“This is the second year that SCA has supported the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation in its mission to provide a camp experience to kids all across Canada and the U.S.,” said Deanne MacDonald, Marketing Manager for SCA’s AfH Professional Hygiene business in Canada. “The Foundation’s goal for 2013 is to increase the number of children served from 15,000 to 20,000 annually. We wholeheartedly support this mission and are pleased to lend a hand in making this happen.”
