MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Rael Merson has resigned as a director of The Second Cup Ltd. due to personal reasons relating to his relocation outside of Canada. Merson has been a key contributor to Second Cup since he joined the Board of Directors in December 2013, specifically as Chair of the audit committee.
