BROSSARD, Que. — Brasserie T! has opened at Quartier Dix30 in Brossard, Que. The new restaurant is the second location of co-owners chef Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche’s Brasserie T! concept, the first of which has been located in Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles since 2010.

“We are delighted to share our cuisine and make our philosophy more accessible to the residents of Montreal’s South Shore thanks to the opening of this second Brasserie T!” says Lamarche.

The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast (weekdays), lunch, dinner and brunch (Saturday and Sunday). The kitchen, led by executive chef Maxim Vadnais, offers a menu of classic Brasserie T! dishes, including homemade charcuterie, tartares, burgers and other delicacies, along with daily specials.

Located adjacent to the Alt+ hotel of Group Germain Hotels, Brasserie T! Quartier Dix30 serves breakfast for hotel guests and local business people and will soon be in charge of roomservice. Additionally, the restaurant meets the catering needs of special events taking place at the hotel.

“The development of Brasserie T! restaurants fits into a continuation of the group’s philosophy,” says Laprise. “It makes it possible to ensure an increased volume to small local producers who we have been supporting us since the opening of Toqué! more than 25 years ago.”

The 80-seat restaurant, designed by Alain Carle Architecte, features a bright and contemporary interior with wooden flooring and accents. Among the key decor elements is the bar countertop, made from scallop and oyster shells that have been recycled from many services at Toqué!. Guests can also watch the kitchen team in action through a large window overlooking the kitchen.
