TORONTO — Fans of Pizzeria Libretto now have two locations to choose from with the opening of a new location in Toronto’s Danforth neighbourhood.
Toronto Life reports that executive chef Rocco Agostino and chef de cuisine Luigi Encarnacion have added new dishes to the menu. The new offerings include Cumbrae’s beef short ribs ($16), anchovy crostino with eggplant, red pepper, confit tomato and bufala ricotta ($8), a pork belly pizza with smoked tomato ragoût, mozzarella, bomba, caramelized onions and lemon thyme ($15) and the Papa Luigi pizza with tomato, speck, gorgonzola and red pepper ($16).
