Smoke-A-Palooza $100,000 We Care Cheque

TORONTO — Smoke Poutinerie’s Smoke-A-Palooza, held on Aug. 10, 2024 in Toronto, raised $100,000 for We Care to help send kids with disabilities to fully accessible camps across Canada.

For the first time since 2019, the Ryan Smolkin Memorial CEO Challenge saw corporate executives ditch their suits and go head-to-head in a two-minute all-you-can-eat poutine challenge.

“To everyone who came out, our amazing fans, sponsors and volunteers, you’re the real heroes. Smoke-A-Palooza wouldn’t be what it is without you. We’ve proven once again that when you mix great people, over-the-top music, the best poutine on the planet and a worthy cause, something truly magical happens,” says the company in a release.

The company has already begun planning next year’s Smoke-A-Palooza as well as its upcoming September 2024 Cross-Country Tour.
