TORONTO — On May 30, Smoke’s Brands will open a Smoke’s Food Court concept, which includes Smoke’s Poutinerie, Smoke’s Weinerie and Smoke’s Burritorie in a single unit, in Ajax, Ont.
“Smoke’s Food Court will stand as a symbol of the “wow-size” power Smoke’s Poutinerie, Smoke’s Weinerie and Smoke’s Burritorie command,” says Ryan Smolkin, founder and CEO of all Smoke’s Brands. “Each brand is already successful across the country on their own, but together they’ll create an insane gastronomical sensation unlike anything the world has ever seen.”
To celebrate the grand opening, Smoke’s Food Court will be giving away free chips and salsa, traditional poutine and steamies from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The entire food court will be decked out in full Smoke gear with stickers and temporary tattoos available for all guests.
Following the grand opening, Smoke’s Food Court will be honouring local police, fire and EMS personnel with a special Hero Day on June 15.
The brand has plans to expand the standalone three-brand concept, which takes up approximately 2,500 sq. ft., across Canada.
