Smoke’s Poutinerie Launches Food-Truck Eatery at Toronto Pearson International Airport

TORONTO — Smoke’s Poutinerie, in cooperation with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA), is opening a new location in the heart of Toronto Pearson International Airport in Terminal 3 Arrivals.

The partnership between Smoke’s Poutinerie and global restaurateur HMSHost, which operates this location, is bringing the great outdoors to travellers inside the airport with Smoke’s first mobile food-truck-style eatery. Smoke’s CEO Ryan Smolkin, executives from the GTAA and HMSHost will serve up free poutine at a grand-opening event on Feb. 9 from 3 to 5 p.m.
