VAUGHAN, Ont. — Smoke’s Poutinerie has opened a new location in Vaughan, Ont. The grand-opening celebration was held on March 30 by local entrepreneurial family and new franchisees, Selim and Cristina Estephan,
“My family and I are thrilled to bring the amazing food and epic entertainment of Smoke’s Poutinerie to our community. A food experience like this doesn’t exist in our area, so I can’t wait to serve this uniquely Canadian dish and turn all of Vaughan North into Plaid Nation,” says Selim Estephan.
Fans can expect to be greeted in true Canadian fashion, with the brand’s lumberjack plaid, Canadiana culture and twists on traditional poutine. The menu features fan favorites, such as Butter Chicken, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Chipotle Pulled Pork, Nacho Grande and Veggie Deluxe poutines.
“Global domination is happening and Vaughan North is the next stop on the Gravy Train,” says Ryan Smolkin, CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer) of Smoke’s Poutinerie.
