GAITHERSBURG, M.D. — Sodexo North America has named Olivier Poirot senior vice-president and CEO, leading the North American finance and risk-management functions.
Poirier previously served as CEO for Accor North America where he managed the company’s operations in the U.S. and Mexico, and oversaw a portfolio that included more than 1,100 Sofitel, Novotel, Studio 6, Motel 6, and Ibis properties.

Poirot succeeds Debbie White, who is CEO for Sodexo UK and Ireland.
