EDMONTON — South St. Burger Co. has entered Edmonton, opening its first unit in Oxford Park Landing and the chain’s fourth unit in Alberta. The new 45-seat location was designed by Toronto-based firm Jump Branding & Design Inc.
“We have been looking to expand into the Edmonton market for a long time because it is no secret that Albertans know their beef,” said Thomas McNaughtan, VP Operations, South St. Burger. “We’re confident that our ‘Better Beef, Better Sides’ will be well received here.”
South St. Burger’s menu features four- or six-ounce beef burgers, veggie burgers, beef hotdogs and sides such as New York Fries’ French fries.
