MONTREAL — Sportscene Group Inc. is the new operator of P.F. Chang’s in Quebec.

Sportscene already has a well-established presence within the province, operating 50 restaurants under its La Cage Aux Sports banner. According to Jean Bedard, president and CEO of Sportscene, the decision to take over P.F. Chang’s is fully aligned with the vision of his organization.
