TORONTO — The owners of Spot Coffee (Canada) Ltd., have announced two new locations — Spot Hertel on Hertel Avenue in Buffalo, N.Y., is slated to open in October and Spot Park Place in Toronto’s Concord Park Place in Toronto is expected to open in early 2012.
The Toronto-based company recently announced the closing of $750,000 in financing for its café expansion program, and is in the final stages of selecting the sites for two more cafés.Spot cafés range in size from 2,000 sq. ft. to more than 4,000 sq. ft., and include lounge- and table-style seating, window counters and a stage for live entertainment. The cafés offer specialty coffee, upscale beverages, signature sandwiches, soups, gourmet pizza, cakes, pastries and more.
