TORONTO — Starbucks Canada has expanded its summer-inspired menu, adding Cold Brew or Nitro Cold Brew with Cinnamon Almond Foam to its lineup.

These new beverages are intended as a subtly sweet option with coffee-forward notes. The non-dairy foam layer is made from almond beverage, vanilla syrup and cinnamon, all with 40 calories.

Cold foam is frothed cold instead of hot and blended until smooth, creating layers of creamy texture and flavour without the cream. Cinnamon Almond Foam is airier than other foam options and can also be modified with soy. The new non-dairy foam is also available to add to other iced coffees.
