SEATTLE — Seattle-based Starbucks is celebrating Valentine’s Day by inviting Canadians to join the world’s largest Starbucks date, which will include the introduction of a Perfect Pairing menu in select locations Feb. 13.
The special menu will display a selection of drinks and treats for $5. Accompanying the menu, in-store experiences such as specially selected music playlists, photo props and other Valentine’s Day themed interactions will take place.
“We’ve always believed our role is bigger than coffee,” said Richard Burjaw, VP of Marketing, at Starbucks Canada in Toronto. It’s about recognizing and celebrating the moments in our lives that take place over a cup of coffee and the role our stores can play in helping connect people and create a sense of community.”
