Starbucks Reveals Super-Size Option

SEATTLE — Starbucks is going against the “less is more” culinary grain by introducing a new super-sized cup — the 30-ounce, 916ml Trenta.

To assuage the fears of health critics, Starbucks reps have said that only conventional iced coffee, iced tea and iced tea lemonade will be available in the new cup size.

The Trenta (Italian for 30), which comes in response to customer demand, will be available to all U.S. customers May 3.
