Stratford School Announces Chef in Residence


STRATFORD, Ont. — Clotilde Dusoulier, a food blogger and author, has been named the 2011 Joseph Hoare Gastronomic Writer in Residence at Stratford Chefs School.

The Chocolate and Zucchini author and blogger wrote Edible Adventures in Paris, which was named Best Culinary Travel Guide in the World for 2009.

As a Writer in Residence at Stratford, Dusoulier will teach students about writing for the web, guide them through challenges of epicurean blogs and talk to them about the impact of social media on gastronomic writing. Dusoulier will also attend a number of events, including a yet-to-be-announced public lecture in Stratford, a fundraising luncheon at Nota Bene Nov. 6 and a keynote at George Brown College Nov. 10.
