TORONTO — A new sandwich has joined the Subway line-up. The limited-offer Butter Chicken Sandwich is free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.
Featuring all-white meat chicken tossed in a butter chicken glaze infused with a fragrant mix of ginger, cardamom, coriander and cinnamon, the new offering is priced at $6 for a six-inch sub and $9 for a foot-long.
“The Butter Chicken Sandwich comes as part of Subway Restaurants’ ongoing commitment to make ‘Sandwishes’ come true by offering fully customizable sandwiches and new taste profiles that appeal to the adventurous taste buds of Canadians,” says Kathleen Bell, director of National Marketing, Subway Restaurants Canada.
