Superflux Beer Company to Open Full-Service Restaurant

VANCOUVER — Superflux Beer Company’s new full-service restaurant, Superflux (Cabana), is set to open on Nov. 12, 2021 at 4 p.m. in downtown Victoria, B.C. Led by co-founders Adam Henderson and Matt Kohlen, the restaurant is a first for Superflux, who opened their brewery and tasting lounge in Vancouver last summer. The new restaurant will be managed by Kris Przednowek and Andrea Huffman.

Designed by Studio Roslyn, Superflux (Cabana) will seat up to 55 guests indoors with its bar, banquet-style and table seating, as well as an additional 60 guests on its patio that will open in the spring. The food menu, crafted by local chef Matthew Harvey, will include Southern-style fried-fish sandwich, beef carpaccio, smoked chicken cobb salad and more. Additionally, the curated beverage list features 10 draught Superflux beers, local guest draught beers, local wine and limited list of house cocktails.

“We’re giving the menu a nostalgic, future-retro hotel-dinner theme,” says co-founder Adam Henderson. “The food will suit the overall atmosphere of Superflux (Cabana) — cool and intriguing with a bit of lavish, high-end flavor thrown in there.”
