Swell Catch’s Plant-Based Crab Cakes Available at Copper Branch Restaurants


TORONTO — Gathered Foods, makers of Swell Catch plant-based seafood, is partnering with Copper Branch restaurants to add Swell Catch Plant-Based New England Style Crab Cakes to its menu. This is the first restaurant partnership for Swell Catch in Canada.

The Crab Cake Burger at Copper Branch features lettuce, tomato and a creamy aioli sauce, while the Crab Cake Appetizer includes four crab-cake patties served on a bed of greens with garlic-aioli sauce.
