VAUGHAN, Ont. — Swiss Chalet has launched its new Chalet-style crispy chicken sandwich.
The sandwich is made with grain-fed, preservative-free chickens raised by Canadian chicken farmers. It also features a new Chalet mayo, a spin-off of the chain’s signature Chalet dipping sauce.
To make the crispy chicken, Swiss Chalet has purchased new smart fryers with automated filtration systems to regulate temperature and ensure fresh oil is used. Combined with coleslaw and the Chalet mayo, the new sandwich is ready to serve.
“Our menu innovation journey doesn’t stop here, there’s a lot to look forward to,” says Ron Simard, Chief Operating Officer at Swiss Chalet. “Our chefs continually seek feedback from our guests so that we craft delicious recipes, using new spices and flavour profiles they love. Canadians expect great-tasting food from Swiss Chalet and we know our new Chalet-style sandwich will exceed those expectations.”
The crispy chicken sandwich is now available across Canada, while supplies last. Guests will also be able to enjoy other crispy-chicken menu items at select locations.
