VANCOUVER — Tantalus Labs, a B.C.-based cannabis producer that uses ‘sungrown’ cultivation methods, has announced its entrance into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Postmark Brewing and Craft Collective Beerworks. The companies plan to design, develop and implement a production line of cannabis-infused beverages, pending legal permission and new regulations.
“Cannabis users in Canada, and beyond, are expected to one day access products in age-controlled environments like restaurants and bars,” says Dan Sutton, CEO of Tantalus Labs. “When regulations allow, we’ll be there.”
With the target of a 2019 product launch, Tantalus Labs believes its knowledge of quality cannabis products and Postmark Brewing’s experience in production-line design, beverage formulations and marketing in a regulated environment will lead to a successful partnership.
“We wanted to partner with a team who puts product quality at the forefront of their brand,” says Steve Thorp, co-founder of Postmark Brewing. “Tantalus Labs is a global leader in these core competencies and together we’ll deliver products that will shift the paradigm of cannabis consumption.”
