TORONTO — Terroir Hospitality is set to host an immersive culinary and wine tour of Hungary this fall.
The tour package participation in the Terroir Budapest forum, which will bring together international chefs, food industry leaders, local food innovators and local and international food media for a one-day event. The forum will bring participants together to ask questions and create a sustainable food future for Budapest within a supportive community.
The tour will also feature a showcase dinner, which will highlight Budapest’s regional food and beverages through the lens of international delegates by pairing international and local chefs together to prepare a meal encompassing both local produce and international cooking methods and cuisines.
Terroir’s Hungary tour will take place Oct. 28 to Nov. 3 and will be led by Terroir Hospitality founder Arlene Stein and Balaton wine maker Robert Gilvesy.
