VANCOUVER — The Post, QuadReal Property Group’s heritage re-development project in Vancouver, has brought The Joseph Richard Group on board to create and operate a chef-driven food hall for the mixed-use development’s heritage podium.
Slated to open in Fall 2023, the food hall will represent 26,000 sq. ft. of the project’s 185,000-sq.-ft. retail footprint. It will feature a mix of full-service, sit-down, table-service and quick-service restaurants, as well as a unique retail-market experience.

Featured concepts will include Mexican, Asian and Italian fare; a wood fire grill; Belgian waffles; a bakery/deli; a microbrewery, bar and lounge; rotating chefs through a food incubator; and more. The food hall joins The Post’s overall offering, which already includes, Deville Coffee, Buro The Espresso Bar, Loblaws City Market and Amazon.
