The Point Break Açai Bowl

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 3 oz of organic açai purée
  • 2 oz of unsweetened coconut milk

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp organic cacao nibs
  • 1/3 fresh banana
  • fresh raspberries 
  • fresh cubed mango
  • 1/2 tsp organic chia seeds 

Directions

  1. Blend for approximately one minute or until smooth and place in bowl.
  2. Add toppings.
  3. Drizzle bowl with local honey and almond butter.
