The Spoke Club to Undergo Renovations

TORONTO — The Spoke Club will temporarily close on Jan. 1, 2020 for a full venue renovation.

The members-only club on King Street in Toronto, has been open for more than 14 years and is owned by Fernando Mammoliti.

“We partnered with INK Entertainment earlier this year to revitalize the distinguished Club with new art, entertainment and culinary offerings,” says Mammoliti. “While maintaining the private-member legacy, we will continue this mandate by bringing something entirely new and progressive to North America’s private-member club scene.”

With designs by award-winning Toronto-based firm Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. Architects, the extensive renovations will encompass all floors and introduce a to-be-announced dining concept by INK Entertainment.

“Elevated and sophisticated design with incomparable experiences are crucial to the new club,” says Charles Khabouth, CEO, INK Entertainment. “The membership offering will evolve too. Our focus is not solely on what you do or what industry you are part of, but who you are and what you yearn for.”

As a coup de grâce, the club will be opening its doors to members and the public one last time for a New Year’s Eve party, before the club shuts down until early spring 2020.
