OAKVILLE, Ont. — Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) has entered into an agreement with a joint-venture partner to develop and grow the Tim Hortons brand in Spain.

This agreement is the latest example of RBI’s commitment to deliver on its international growth strategy to expand its brands around the world. RBI has announced similar agreements for the development of Tim Hortons in Mexico, Great Britain and the Philippines.
