TMF Food Introduces New Meals


STONEY CREEK, Ont. — TMF Foods, the producer of Lou’s entrees, has answered the call from foodservice industry insiders and introduced two new entrées with more poultry and a bigger flavour profile.

Slow Roasted Butter Chicken and Slow Roasted Asian Chicken have been added to the line-up emphasizing traditional spices that are mild enough for the entire family to enjoy. “TMF’s version of the very popular Butter Chicken dish combines a smooth sauce and tender chicken to create a melt-in-your-mouth-like butter entrée,” reads the press release describing the new meal.

The new products, which were formulated by Lou Albanese, chairman and CEO of TMF Foods, represent the company mandate to transform and expand by creating fully cooked entrées with good quality and taste.

Lou’s entrée menu also includes fully cooked ribs, beef roasts, pulled pork and more.
