BARRIE, Ont. — Toppers Pizza is preparing to celebrate the grand opening of a new store in Hamilton, Ont.
The new digs include a redesigned interior, modelled after the original Toppazzini Bakery in Sudbury. Meanwhile, the Toppers brand was recently revamped to include a crisper logo, updated tagline, social media campaign and an updated menu that boasts specialty one-of-a-kind pizzas.
“We’re poised for aggressive growth.… Our ultimate goal is to generate opportunities for both existing and new franchise partners, and this store is an example of what’s to come,” said Keith Toppazzini, president of Topper’s Franchise Company Inc., owner of the Topper’s Pizza brand.
The Oct. 20 opening will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, cake, prizes and giveaways.
The province-wide chain is expected to grow to 300 stores in the next eight years.
