VANCOUVER — Cover art for the latest Toptable cookbooks from renowned B.C. executive chefs, James Walt and Andrew Richardson were revealed this week.
In Araxi; Roots to Shoots; Farm Fresh Recipes, Walt shares 80 recipes from his Whistler-based Araxi Restaurant, which he adapts to suit readers cooking at home. Each recipe is paired with photos captured by Page and Paper Studio.
Richardson’s CinCin; Wood Fired Cucina showcases the seasonally inspired Italian dishes and wood-oven cooking methods from his Vancouver restaurant, CinCin Ristorante. Kevin Clark Studios provides the recipe photos.
Walt’s cookbook is set to hit bookstore shelves on August 22, while Richardson’s will arrive in late October.
