MONTREAL — Toqué! restaurant recently hosted a special Michelin on the Road event during the FIA Formula E championship.
For the event, Toqué!’s chef Normand Laprise partnered with Michelin Star chef Xavier Pellicer, as well as S. Pellegrino Young Chef runner up David Andrés Morera to create a six-course meal with wine pairing. The dinner featured Quebec ingredients “prepared with a Catalan touch.”
