TORONTO — Per Se Catering, a Toronto-based company since 2009, has launched a food truck, which serves Latin-inspired fare.
“William and I are from Miami, and there is a big food truck movement there already, so, after seeing some of those trucks, we thought it would be something we could bring to Toronto,” Luis Olarte, the truck’s chef, told torontofoodtrucks.ca.
Per Se Mobile combines Miami- and Colombian-inspired food, including shrimp tacos ($8), an original Columbia burger with Angus beef, cheese, bacon, coleslaw, pineapple compote, crumble chips and rose sauce ($8), as well as raw sugar-cane lemonade ($4).
