TORONTO — Food & Wine Magazine has announced program features for its first annual Toronto Food & Wine Festival taking place Sept. 18 to 20 at Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto.

The festival will feature selections to sip and savour from more than 130 vendors, and guests will be treated to a variety of demonstrations and workshops led by celebrity and top chefs.

Festival attendees will have the opportunity to prepare a dish alongside celebrity chefs such as Curtis Stone, Chuck Hughes and Tyler Florence in the Exclusive Chef Series or take in live cooking demonstrations hosted by celebrity chefs including Gail Simmons and Mark McEwan.

On the first day of the event, Terroir, a not-for-profit committee of industry professionals, will be running expert-level educational workshops on topics such as knife skills and soba noodle making for $40 a session.
