TORONTO — Concept, a permanent space that gives innovative brands an anchor position at Yorkdale shopping centre, is currently highlighting culinary creations from five Toronto restaurants.

Located at the southeast corner of the shopping centre (near the TTC entrance), the pop-up will run until February 28. Vendors include Heirloom, Fidel Gastro’s, Buster’s Sea Cove, Me.n.u and Chatime.

Served on a stick, Cheesecake by Heirloom offers homemade slices of New York-style cheesecake, dipped in Belgium chocolate ganache and garnished with your favourite toppings. Fidel Gastro’s owner Matt Basile has created three delicious French-Toast concoctions — S’mores French Toast, The Elvis and The Tex Mex — while Buster’s Sea Cove is cooking up flavours from the Mediterranean. Me.n.u offers a selection of Asian-inspired street-food dishes and Chatime, which boasts more than 100 Taiwanese tea beverages in more than 1,000 locations worldwide, has a limited-edition bottled tea available only at Concept.
