TORONTO— Tourism Ireland is bringing a splash of Irish flavour to Toronto’s Festival of Beer with a selection of top Irish brewers, chefs and emerging musicians.

“Every year we try to add something completely new and fresh to our event,” said Les Murray, president of Toronto’s Festival of Beer. “We are super excited to partner with Tourism Ireland and bring the very best of Ireland to Toronto.”

The Irish Pavilion will house brewers including O’Hara’s, The White Hag Brewery and McGargles Irish Family Brewers alongside chefs Gavan Murphy and Tim McCarthy.

“We’re delighted join forces with Toronto’s Festival of Beer to present this showcase of Ireland’s craft beer, culinary and music entertainment,” said Dana Welch, manager of Tourism Ireland Canada. The island of Ireland’s food and craft beer scene is blossoming right now and becoming acquainted with new microbreweries, gastro-pubs, craft distilleries and local eateries serving the freshest ingredients, which is a highlight for our Canadian visitors.

Toronto’s Festival of Beer’s summer festival will take place at Bandshell Park in Exhibition Place July 24-26.
