Toronto’s Momofuku Noodle Bar Finally Opens

TORONTO — Toronto’s Momofuku Noodle Bar has finally opened, following months of anticipation.

The owners announced the opening on Twitter. “Noodle bar #toronto opens today at 11:30 a.m. shoto reservations now available. https://goo.gl/ft2Kb,” reads the post.

The menu that changes daily, features specialties such as pork, chicken and shiitake buns as well as bowls of momofuku ramen with pork belly and shoulder, fish cakes, egg and kimchi stew with pork shoulder, kimchi and rice cakes. Extras include smoked chicken wings with pickled chili, roasted rice cakes and pickles. Price ranges from $6 to $12 for small dishes and $12 to $16 for large dishes.

Toronto’s noodle bar is a sister restaurant to the one of the same name in New York City, where the menu features bowls of ramen and dishes such as steamed buns and rice cakes.
