U.S. Food & Beverage Alliance Aims to Launch Taste U.S. Menus in Canada

TORONTO — The U.S. Food & Beverage Alliance is gearing up to launch a Taste U.S. menu campaign this summer.

The objective of the menu promotion is to highlight U.S. fresh produce and food products to Canadians in a restaurant setting through specially developed and clearly marked menu offerings. The U.S. Food & Beverage Alliance is aiming to run the promotion between June and September 2016.

The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) of the United States Department of Agriculture in Canada actively works with, and supports the marketing efforts of, 40 U.S. cooperator/commodity groups and strives to create awareness of U.S. origin food and beverage products and the value behind the product.
