LISLE, Ill. — Unilever Food Solutions launched its second Hellmann’s Burger Route Inspiration Guide on June 1.
The guide encourages operators to use fresh ingredients and to be creative when it comes to craft burgers recipes.
Since more than half of restaurant patrons say they consume at least one burger per week, Unilever believes burger recipes should be as original and delicious as possible.
“From the Caprese to the Maryland Crab Salad Burger, the Hellmann’s Burger Route Inspiration guide outlines unconventional ingredients and recipe inspiration to define the burger experience,” says a Unilever release. “Creating an innovative menu with the Burger Route Inspiration Guide is step one on the road to burger fame. The Hellmann’s Burger Route program is designed to put great burgers across the country on the map and to give operators access to national media exposure, social-media support and front-of-house merchandising tools.”
