VANCOUVER – More than 100 recipes from 70 of Vancouver’s cutting-edge chefs are highlighted in the new Douglas & McIntyre cookbook, Vancouver Cooks 2. The primer — which is divided into the four sections: local food, international flavours, emerging talents and pioneering chefs — comes five years after the original  and features recipes from Pino Posterarao of Cioppino’s, Tojo Hidekazu of Tojo’s Restaurant, Vikram Vij of Vij’s and Rob Feenie of the Cactus Club. Sales from the book benefit the Chefs’ Table Scholarship and Bursary Fund.
