VANCOUVER — University student Aden Klein is helping Vancouver diners source good $5 lunches in the city with the launch of his website, ChowMeNow.com.

The free, online forum unites consumers who want to share and rate their favourite $5-lunch meals.

“There are many sites dedicated to finding restaurant but not one on a mission to find decent lunches for five bucks,” said Klein, a third-year finance major at the University of British Columbia. Restaurant owners can highlight their businesses, upload pictures and menu features and chat with reviewers.

“Being a student in an expensive city like Vancouver can prove challenging, especially when it comes to food. I wanted to create a site where people could easily source delicious food at affordable prices,” said the entrepreneur.
