Vancouver’s Caffe Artigiano Opens in Toronto

TORONTO — Burnaby, B.C.-based Caffè Artigiano has opened shop in Toronto.

Located on Yonge Street in the city’s financial district, the 1,400-sq.-ft. location seats up to 44 patrons. Open seven days a week, the new coffee house specializes in blended coffees, baked goods, house-made soups, salads and panini for breakfast and lunch.

The shop has more than 16 employees, including Patrick Chilvers, who has competed in regional barista competitions and is competing for the title of “Toronto’s Best Barista” in Now Magazine.

Caffè Artigiano also operates several locations throughout the greater Vancouver area and Calgary.
