TAMPA, Fla. — Foodservice sales and marketing agency Waypoint LLC has acquired Mississauga, Ont.-based PJB Primeline Food Group, creating a North American market presence for Waypoint.
“We are excited to join forces with a strong player in the Canadian market and we are looking forward to growing our clients’ business across North America,” says Kevin O’Beirne, president, Waypoint.
The PJB Primeline team will continue with the business, however it will operate as Waypoint Foodservice going forward. Grant Huxtable will continue to lead the business with additional support from Waypoint’s team based in the U.S.
