GUELPH, Ont. — The Wellington Brewery will be marking its 30th anniversary with Thirty: Wellington Brewery Cask Ale Festival, named for the impressive milestone — a fitting event for a brewery that was among the first to revive cask ale in North America.
Taking place at the brewery on Sept. 26 and 27, the festival will feature more than 30 one-off cask beers from Wellington alongside a selection of collaborative and guest beers from other Ontario craft breweries.
