BLUE MOUNTAIN, Ont. — The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain has been named one of Canada’s top resorts by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler as part of the 2010 Readers’ Choice Awards.

This is the first time The Trillium House — which features a spa, gym, summer and winter activities and an Oliver & Bonacini Bar/Lounge and Café Grill — has made the list, placing 14th on the ranking of top resorts in Canada. This annual ranking is chosen by readers of Traveler and derived from the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’s Choice survey; it will appear in the November issue.

“We are so thrilled to have been recognized by the readers of Condé Nast magazine,” said James Henry, general manager. “This truly speaks to the great service each and every associate at The Westin Trillium House provide to our guests day in and day out.”

This year, more than 25,000 readers voted on more than 10,000 properties and destinations around the globe. Resorts are rated based on several categories, including activities, facilities, dining, location, overall design, rooms and service.
