Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar Named One of Canada’s Best New Restaurants

WHISTLER, B.C. — Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar has been recognized by ‘Canada’s 100 Best’ as one of Canada’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants, ranking in fourth position in the prestigious Best New Restaurants category. It is the only restaurant in British Columbia to have made this list, and is one of only two in Western Canada.

Wild Blue was also ranked 66th on Canada’s 100 Best List 2023. The list describes Wild Blue cuisine as “luxe seafood-centric Pacific Northwest cuisine — along with prime cuts of meat from Alberta and Japan.”

Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar was originally featured by ‘Canada’s 100 Best’ in late 2022 by judge Alexandra Gill, who deemed the three partners “west coast restaurant royalty.”
